Rachael and her staff run a top notch business. Very professional and excellent service. I’ve been a client now for 4+ months and can’t say enough about how relaxing and comfortable they make you feel. Wonderful massage with Rachael! I love a deep massage that works out the toil of the work week. She delivers and adds in the stretching of Thai techniques. I feel this really helped to prevent the post massage soreness I usually encounter a few hours later! I will definitely return!

FANTASTIC! After contacting Rachel with complaints of back pain moving into my neck she set me up with her new therapist, Jon. He listened well as I explained my areas of concern, and then delivered a massage unlike one I’ve ever experienced. My neck and back feel soo much better today, but what amazed me most was the work he did on my elbow. Who knew there were so many muscles to massage in that little area! I was told that I had tennis elbow and that there wasn’t much to do for it other than surgery. My elbow feels 10X better after the work he did on it. Outside of an amazing massage, the Urban Squeeze space was clean and bright, and the staff friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!
Fantastic space, perfect massage. Rachael is both a technically and intuitively skilled therapist. There are many therapists out there who have their routine and go through the motions. Rachael is not one of them. Highly recommend Urban Squeeze for all who are truly looking for a transformative massage experience.
